Watch Your 3-Minute Movie Spoof On The MTV Movie Awards

Mark Burnett Productions, the company responsible for the highly successful reality franchises, Survivor, The Apprentice and Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?, just to name a few, is holding a contest for the 2008 MTV Movie Awards. Those of you aspiring filmmakers out there might want to pay close attention.

The 2008 MTV Movie Spoof Contest is offering regular schmoes the opportunity to submit a 3-minute spoof of a nominated movie for the chance to be flown out to LA to attend the 2008 MTV Movie Awards, hosted by Mike Meyers, at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, CA on June 1st. Also, if selected, your spoof would be up for competition for a chance to win a golden popcorn. (Cue the shaft of sunlight to shine mystically on you as you're reading this.)

Aubrey O'Day Puts Her Nips On Display

Every time a member of Danity Kane flashes her nipples, an angel gets its wings. Or am I thinking about every time a member of the Pussycat Dolls flashes her penis? Who can keep up with these quaint colloquialisms? Not me!

Aubrey O'Day showed up at TRL in New York to promote her nipples, as you can see by the thumbnails below. Oh yeah, and she was also there because of some music thing she's working on, but clearly the nipples are the stars of the show here.

I love that her fingernails are color-coordinated to match the color of the cause she's supporting with that purple rubber bracelet of hers. It's probably something near and dear to her heart, like some organization dedicated to helping out-of-work drag queens with job placement in mediocre pop bands.

Jason Segel Shows Off The Goods

Here's the cast of Forgetting Sarah Marshall at TRL on MTV in NYC. Mila Kunis is hypnotizing me with her cat eyes. Jason Segel from How I Met Your Mother heads up the cast and wrote the screenplay. The most interesting thing about the flick is that he shows what's he packing in the scene where Veronica Mars breaks up with him. For a long time. With wide shots to make sure you're not missing it.

"When a woman does nudity in a movie, men immediately switch into a sexual mode," Segel said. "For women, from what I understand, it's not like that. They see a naked, out-of-shape man crying and it's funny -- something weird, disturbing and disgusting we can all laugh at."

Jesus, he has a high opinion of himself. He sounds like me. I actually always thought he was kinda cutesy. Comedy uberproducer Judd Apatow produced the flick, and he says that the nude scene is all part of his diabolical plan to get America used to seeing dick on-screen.

"America fears the penis, and that's something I'm going to help them get over," Apatow said in December. "I'm gonna get a penis in every movie I do from now on . . . It really makes me laugh in this day and age, with how psychotic our world is, that anyone is troubled by seeing any part of the human body."

I can honestly speak for my people (the gays) when I say we salute you Segel and Apatow! Keep em' comin'!

Britney Spears Did Us All A Favor And Recorded Her Crazy

This should be glitzy. Britney Spears reportedly made daily video diaries during all those tumultuous times when she was attacking paparazzi, losing her babies, entering and exiting rehab, and before and after her psych ward trips. Thank you, Jaysus! She's allegedly planning on releasing them on the Internet, or even as the crux of a new reality show on MTV. Gather the family and make some popcorn!

The videos are said to portray Britney ranting about her life in captivity, and talking about her relationship with Justin Timberlake and her rivalry with Christina Aguilera. Wait. How old are these damn videos? Wasn't that 2002? Is she still talking about that stuff? That was ages ago. Check the expiration date, Britney!

These video diaries are said to be the talk of the "Tinseltown elite." Right. And Justin and K-Fed are allegedly nervous about what she's going to say. For real? That's like Hillary Clinton being nervous about the homeless woman in the subway station telling everyone she's a lesbian from space. Consider the source.

"Her high-profile friends and exes - including Justin - knew what she was up to but assumed she was filming herself as a form of therapy. If she does decide to go public with the footage, it'll be explosive," says a source.

If this story is true, I am totally clearing my DVR for this shit. I might even have a viewing party. I'm going to serve Red Bull & voddy martinis, Slim Jims, nachos with chili and bowls full of pills. Check your baby at the door!

Ashlee Simpson: Uterus Watch 2008

There's a lot of confusion going on, mostly in my own head, as to whether or not recently engaged Ashlee Simpson is pregnant. OK! Magazine and Us Weekly are claiming that they have received confirmation from an unnamed source that Ashlee is preggo with Pete Wentz's baby, however Pete recently made a very vague denial to MTV News.

According to OK!, Ashlee is due to pop out the emo baby some time in October. They are claiming that Simpson was spotted at Malibu's Chart House restaurant, suffering from a "fierce bout of what appeared to be morning sickness."

Hmm, isn't her album about to drop? I guess if I were faced with competing with Mariah Carey, I'd shoot myself out of a cannon into a pool of elephants to try and get some media attention, so a fake pregnancy doesn't seem all that far-fetched to me.
