Blake Fielder-Civil loses appeal

Amy Winehouse’s husband disappointed by verdict,

Blake Fielder-Civil's request to have his sentence reduced has been rejected by the Court Of Appeal.

Amy Winehouse’s husband was jailed in July for 27 months for GBH and attempting to pervert the course of justice.

And he was sent from Edmunds Hill Prison into a Surrey rehab centre on 5 November.

He will remain in the clinic for the time being after Mr Justice Pitchford dismissed his appeal.

He said the court wants Blake, 26, to continue with the rehabilitation process and that it is only if "these attempts are successful that he has a worthwhile future".

Blake, who was present in court, said: ‘I am disappointed but not really surprised.’

He is yet to be reunited with Amy, 25.

SHOCK! Blake Fielder-Civil ' accepted early release from prison

He's said to be moving in with his mum

Amy Winehouse’s husband Blake Fielder-Civil will reportedly leave Edmunds Hill Prison in the next few days.

The jailbird is said to have accepted an offer of early release on the condition he moves in with his mum Georgette in Lincolnshire.

Blake, 26, will also be required to wear an electronic tag and obey a 7pm curfew.

‘Amy is obviously chuffed,’ a source tells The Sun. ‘But more surprisingly, even her family and friends are pleased.

'Because Blake will have to lead this disciplined life to keep in line with his conditions of release, they are hoping it will rub off on her too.'

Blake, who was sentenced to 27 months for GBH and attempting to pervert the course of justice, will apparently get a cab to Amy's Camden home everyday.

He is said to have rejected two previous offers of early release but changed his mind because he's homesick.

Meanwhile, Amy's forked out to send her goddaughter Dionne, 12, a budding musician, to LA to work with producers on her first album.

Amy Winehouse: Looks forward to Blake's jail release

Singer looks forward to husband’s release from jail

Amy Winehouse slept through the festive season last year because she had to spend it without husband Blake Fielder-Civil.

‘How horrible last Christmas was!’ she says. ‘I was so upset, I slept all Christmas. I knocked myself out.’

Last month, Blake, 25, was sentenced to 27 months in prison for GBH and attempting to pervert the course of justice.

But because he's already served 9 months on remand, he could be out before the year is out.

‘I really miss my Blake,’ Amy tells the Daily Star. ‘I love him so much.

'But I’m focusing on his release. I want to make everything perfect for him.

‘It looks like it’ll be Christmas Eve now. It’s so far away. But I just keep reminding myself of how lovely it’ll be.’

Blake Fielder-Civil moved to open prison

Amy Winehouse looking for a flat nearby

Amy Winehouse's husband Blake Fielder-Civil has been transferred to an open prison near Cambridge.

The jailbird is thought to have been moved from Pentonville Prison to Edmunds Hill because he is depressed.

‘Blake has found it really tough being inside Pentonville and is looking forward to being inside a more cushy prison,’ says a source.

And Amy, 24, is said to be looking for a flat to rent in nearby Bury St Edmunds, to be closer to her man.

Blake, 26, was sentenced to 27-months behind bars for GBH and perverting the course of justice.

But, because he served 9 months on remand, he is likely to be released just before Christmas.

Meanwhile, Amy’s new album is said to feature a track about food.

‘I can cook, chicken soup, meatballs, a good chicken - jerk and fried,’ she sings.

Blake Fielder-Civil on the verge of breakdown?

Amy Winehouse’s husband seeks counselling

Blake Fielder-Civil is said to be struggling to cope in Pentonville Prison.

Amy Winehouse’s husband was sentenced to 27 months behind bars last week after pleading guilty to GBH and attempting to pervert the course of justice.

But after already serving nearly 9 months on remand while awaiting trial, Blake, 26, is thought to be feeling the strain.

He's even reported to have sought counselling.

‘He is on the verge of a nervous breakdown,’ an insider tells The Sun. ‘He has stopped his mopping job, which may sound funny, but it gave him something to do. Instead he mopes around his cell.’

Meanwhile, Amy’s celeb pals have spoken out about how she needs help as she comes to terms with life without Blake.

‘She’s not married a year and her old man’s locked up,’ Pete Doherty, 29, tells the Daily Record. 'It's a lonely life and she's hounded by the papers. I feel so, so sorry for her.'

Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding, 26, adds that moving from Camden will help Amy, 24, escape her demons.

‘It could do Amy good to get out of there and get a fresh start and perspective,’ she tells the Daily Star. ‘I love Amy. She’s a good girl. I’ll look out for her.
