Angelina Jolie Checks Into Hospital

The AP is reporting that Angelina Jolie has checked into a hospital in southern France as she prepares to give birth to twins.

Nadine Bauer, a spokeswoman for the Lenval Hospital in Nice, reportedly tells the AP that the actress, 33, is fine and that everything is going well.

Bauer says that Jolie had to planned to check into the hospital’s maternity wing for some time. She says Jolie was admitted so she could be kept under surveillance and not to give birth immediately.

She also adds that Jolie will almost certainly remain in the hospital until she gives birth.

There were false reports going around back in early May that she had secretly givin birth.
