The strobe effects in Gnarls Barkley’s new video, “Run” is so ‘crazy’ that it failed the Harding Test (guidelines established to prevent TV images from triggering epileptic seizures). So it won’t be airing on MTV anytime soon.
The video is available on various online outlets. Gnarls Barkley band member Danger Mouse was hopeful the situation
