Mischa Barton Does Lunch And Shopping
Mischa Barton was out and about today enjoying the sunshine in Los Angeles. She first hit up the hot spot Joans on Third with a pal for lunch then it was over to the trendy store Scout for some shopping. She always has the strangest outfits.
